LF: Describe your approach to the debt capital markets in 2016.
LV: If we are able to be a good issuer it’s because of the trust investors have in our management of the economy and the strength of our public finances.
We issued our first issue of the year. It was quite successful, it was challenging because of market conditions. But, we were able to place the amount that we wanted under very strong demand on a tight spread, so I think the underlying strength of an issuer is the management of the fundamentals of the company. So it’s very encouraging.
