Peruvian insurer plans to issue $60 mln in 10-year notes in dollars

Peruvian insurance company Pacífico Seguros said it plans to issue up to $60 million in 10-year, dollar-denominated bonds in the local market, according to a securities filing. Pacífico Seguros expects to price the new 2033 bonds on May 30 as the second deal in a $150 million program in the local market, it said in the filing on Thursday. Credicorp is the sole structuring and placement agent on the bond sale, while Inteligo will represent the bondholders, Pacífico Seguros added. Pacífico Seguros
