Brazilian travel and tourism company CVC said it hired Carlos Wollenweber as CFO after Leonel Andrade stepped down as CEO and CFO, according to a securities filing. Wollenweber will be in charge of investor relations and replace the interim head, Eliane Silveira, CVC said in the filing on Thursday. Wollenweber was CFO of local homebuilder Even and its subsidiary Melnick for three years until he stepped down earlier this month. He has also worked for construction companies Gafisa and BR Propertie
