Brazilian travel and tourism company CVC said Leonel Andrade had resigned as CEO, CFO and head of investor relations for personal reasons, according to a securities filing. CVC said it appointed board member Sandoval Martins to lead the search for a new CEO and CFO, the company said in the filing on Wednesday.
