Brazilian food company Camil Alimentos said it intends to issue BRL500 million ($101 million) in debentures to support the sale of agribusiness receivables certificates, known as CRAs, according to a securities filing. Camil expects to price the new 2025 notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 0.9% and could increase the size of the deal to BRL625 million to meet demand, it said in a filing on Tuesday.  The São Paulo-based company will use the funds "exclusively" to buy fresh food products f
