Mexican baker gets $275 mln in sustainability-linked financing from the local branch of the Spanish bank

Mexican baker Grupo Bimbo signed a $275 million revolving credit facility with the local branch of Spanish bank BBVA, according to one of the legal advisers. Mexico City-based law firm Ritch Mueller said it represented BBVA México on the sustainability-linked revolver, while Cleary Gottlieb was the bank's counsel in New York.
