South American development bank CAF said it approved $1.18 billion in financing for projects in Argentina, Chile and Paraguay. In Argentina, CAF granted a $540 million loan for state-owned oil and gas company Enarsa to build a natural gas pipeline between the Neuquén Basin and central and northern provinces. In the future, the pipeline is expected to export surplus supply to Chile, Bolivia and Brazil, CAF said in a press release on Tuesday. CAF also said it provided $300 million for a government
