Mucap gets go-ahead for new bond program

Costa Rican savings and loan Mutual Cartago de Ahorro y Préstamo (Mucap) said it received approval from securities regulator Sugeval for a new local bond program for as much as CRC30 billion ($54 million). Mucap plans to sell multiple series of notes with maturities and interest rates determined at the time of issue, it said in a securities filing.
