Gas y Petróleo del Neuquén (GyP), a state-owned energy company in Argentina, said Thursday it received bids from two groups to explore two different blocks in Vaca Muerta, a huge shale deposit in northern Patagonia that is leading investment growth — and financing deals in the local market.
