Auna refinances debt with new bonds

Peruvian healthcare company Grupo Auna said it sold $505 million worth of 2028 notes to three investors to refinance $406 million in short-term debt. Auna issued the bonds to Brazilian investment firm Lumina Capital Management, Canadian pension plan CPP Investments and US hedge fund Farallon Capital, it said in a press release on Wednesday.
