The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) said it approved a $400 million loan to fight hunger in Argentina and also granted $15 million to fund loans to small businesses in Guatemala. The financing will go to a national program that provides food assistance to vulnerable populations in Argentina, including children, teens, pregnant women and people with disabilities, CABEI said in a press release on Tuesday.
