Supreme Court rules that merger of healthcare companies does not threaten market competition

Nexus Chile Health, a private health insurance company backed by US private equity firm Nexus Partners, has been cleared by the Chilean Supreme Court to proceed with the merger of its Nueva Masvida unit with healthcare provider Isapre Colmena, according to press reports.
