Colombian natural gas company Gases del Caribe intends to sell up to COP600 billion ($126 million) worth of bonds in a five-part deal in the local market, according to a prospectus. Gases del Caribe plans to price one series of peso-denominated notes at a fixed rate and three series in pesos with spreads based on the IPC price consumer index, IBR interbank lending rate and the DTF interest rate.
