Auna expects to refinance loans in weeks

Peruvian healthcare company Grupo Auna said it expects to refinance two bridge loans "in the upcoming weeks," following a downgrade by Fitch Ratings. "The company has two bridge loan facilities related to its acquisitions in Colombia and Mexico in 2022 and seeks refinancing for a total amount of at least $406 million and a maturity of five years," Auna said in a press release on Tuesday.
