US private equity firm Accel-KKR plans to carry out more acquisitions in Latin America after agreeing to buy three software companies in Mexico and Colombia, Patricia Santoni, recently appointed CEO of the new division, told LatinFinance on Wednesday. Accel-KKR announced Tuesday that it agreed to buy Pegaso Tecnología and Indicium Solutions in Mexico and Facture in Colombia for an undisclosed amount.
