Creditors for Brazil's Americanas are close to coming to a debt restructuring agreement if the retailer's shareholders invest BRL12 billion ($2.27 billion), Bloomberg reported. Americanas' owners, which include billionaires Jorge Paulo Lemann, Beto Sicupira and Marcel Telles, have offered to invest BRL10 billion in the cash, up from a previous proposal of BRL7 billion, according to Bloomberg.
