The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) said it granted a $450 million loan to fund the construction of a new government building complex in Costa Rica. The financing will go to the construction of the Cuidad Gobierno project, a proposed real estate complex for most of Costa Rica's ministries in the capital of San José, CABEI said in a press release on Tuesday.
