Argentine provinces find demand for oil blocks

Neuquén, the biggest oil-producing province in Argentina, is attracting more attention for its massive resources in the Vaca Muerta shale deposit, and this interest is bleeding over into the neighboring province of Río Negro. Both provinces this week received bids in auctions to explore and develop blocks.
