YPF, the largest oil and gas company in Argentina, plans to raise debt in the local capital markets and borrow from banks to cover its financing needs for the year, chairman Pablo González said at an event on Friday. "We are expecting a year of negative free cash flow, unless there is any positive surprise, and in covering those needs, we are concentrating mostly in the local markets and in our relationship with banks," González said during a presentation at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
