YPF Luz plans local bond sale for wind farm

YPF Luz, one of the largest power generators in Argentina, said late Monday that its board of directors approved plans to sell up to $150 million worth of bonds in the local market to help finance the construction of a wind farm. The company will start the bidding in the auction on Wednesday at $100 million, increasing the amount based on demand, according to a securities filing. YPF Luz CFO Gabriel Abalos told the directors that he believes this is an "opportune" moment to tap the local market
