Argentina's YPF said it has reached an agreement to settle a lawsuit for $190.6 million with natural gas transporter Transportadora de Gas del Norte (TGN) for unpaid transport capacity fees, helping to remove potential setbacks as the state-backed oil and gas producer seeks to step up investment.
