Brazilian environmental services company Ambipar said Monday that it expects to list its emergency response subsidiary on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) by the end of February.  Ambipar Emergency Response received permission from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to merge with US blank-check company HPX Corp, pending an HPX shareholders' meeting on February 28, São Paulo-based Ambipar said in a securities filing. The tie-up "is expected to be an important milestone" in funding
