Chilean air cargo company signs deal to acquire Petraly

Aerosan, a Chilean airport logistics company, signed an agreement to buy Ecuadorian rival Petraly for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition will double the size of Aerosan's business in Ecuador and expand its footprint in the Andean region, it said in a statement on its website. The company has expanded operations in Chile, Colombia and Ecuador in recent years and currently provides logistical services to a total of eight airports, handling close 400,000 tons of cargo per year.  "This announcement
