YPF Luz, one of the largest power generators in Argentina, could sell bonds in the local market to help finance a $260 million project to build a 155 MW wind farm, a company source said on Friday. "It is expected that the project will be financed with a mix between the cash flow from operations and the funds that come from making a local issue," the source said.
