Chilean water and wastewater utility Aguas San Pedro said Wednesday that it acquired Aguas de Colina, expanding its business to the biggest city in the country months after Spain's Almar Water Solutions became the controlling shareholder. Aguas San Pedro, which operates in the southern region of Bío Bío, is expanding to the center of the country with the deal. Aguas de Colina operates on the outskirts of Santiago.
