French renewable energy company issues another $13 mln in debentures and brings the total amount raised to $55 mln since 2021, CEO says

French renewable energy company GreenYellow has raised another BRL66 million ($12.6 million) to finance projects in Brazil, bringing the total amount to BRL289 million since 2021, CEO Marcelo Xavier told LatinFinance on Wednesday. "Our fundraising used to be focused on equity. We are now more open to debt and M&A as well as equity," Xavier said. In the latest transaction, GreenYellow issued debentures in a two-part deal coordinated by Santander. The São Paulo-based subsidiary priced BRL56.5
