Colombian power company Celsia said the local stock exchange approved its plan to sell COP245 billion ($52.4 million) worth of bonds. The placement will be the first under a program to issue COP400 billion in green bonds for renewable energy projects, which received regulatory approval last month, Celsia said in a securities filing.
