The Central American Development Bank (CABEI) prices its second social bond sale of the year on Tuesday, issuing $1.25 billion in three-year notes after orders peaked at $2.55 billion, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance. CABEI priced the new 5% 2026 notes at 99.98 to yield 5.007%, or 120 basis points over SOFR mid-swaps, the source said. The development bank had opened the initial price talk around 130 basis points over mid-swaps on Monday and set guidance around 120 basis points. B
