YPF, the biggest energy company in Argentina, said Friday that it maxed out a bond sale in the local market, picking up $300 million to refinance debts and invest in projects. The state-backed company sold $230 million worth of three-year, US dollar-denominated bonds at a price to pay 1% over currency depreciation.
