YPF, the biggest energy company in Argentina, plans to sell up to $300 million worth of bonds in the local market on Thursday to refinance debts and invest in projects. The company will offer a minimum of $200 million worth of two series of notes in the auction, increasing the amount based on demand, according to a securities filing.
