S&P Global Ratings said it assigned a B+ rating with a stable outlook to Liberty Costa Rica, a subsidiary of US-based telecommunications company Liberty Latin America. The rating, which stands four steps below investment grade, applies to the proposed sale of $400 million worth of sustainability-linked bonds (SLBs) by Liberty Costa Rica, S&P said in a report on Tuesday.
