Mexico's state-owned oil company Pemex began calling investors on Monday to pitch a benchmark-sized bond deal in the dollar market, according to a source involved in the deal. Pemex has hired Barclays, JPMorgan and Mizuho as lead joint boookrunners and also BBVA, Santander, Scotiabank and SMBC as passive bookrunners on the Rule 144A/Reg S bond sale, the source said.
