Mexican cement producer Cemex said Monday that it bought 51% of Israeli construction, demolition and recycling company Shtang Recycle for an undisclosed amount. "The acquisition aligns with Cemex's strategy to strengthen its business in developed markets through bolt-on acquisitions in businesses with strong circular and sustainable attributes," the company said in a press release.
