Mexican poultry producer promotes Ernesto Salmon to the top job, starting in April

Mexican poultry producer Industrias Bachoco said it named Ernesto Salmon as its new CEO, set to replace Rodolfo Ramos on April 17. Salmon joined Bachoco in 1991 and has held positions in sales, operations and supply chain and rising to head of the company's operations in Mexico, Bachoco said in a securities filing on Thursday.
