Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Debt Loans El Salvador Argentina

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) said it approved $130 million in financing to support micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in El Salvador and establish protection against cyberattacks in Argentina. The IDB said it provided $100 million for El Salvador's national development bank Bandesal to fund MSME loans. The 25-year loan comes with a grace period of 5.5 years and charges an interest rate based on the secured overnight financing rate (SOFR), the IDB said in a press rele
