Argentine software developer moves into Nordic countries with the acquisition of Copenhagen-based Vertic

Argentine software developer Globant said late Tuesday that it acquired Vertic, a Copenhagen- and New York-based creative consulting firm, for an undisclosed sum to expand its digital marketing operations in Nordic countries. Vertic focuses on the life science and business-to-business segments. Its clients include Biogen, Eli Lilly, GE Healthcare and Microsoft.
