Argentina said Monday that it accepted $280 million in loans from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for education and the digital transformation of small companies, while a currency swap with China will help support foreign reserves. Of the loans from the IDB, $200 million will go toward supporting preschool and primary education, according to a presidential decree.
