Heller Solari family sells stake in Falabella

Bethia, the investment firm for of Chile's Heller Solari family, has raised CLP110 billion ($125 million) by selling shares in department store chain Falabella, local press reported. Bethia Chairman Carlos Heller Solari said the shares were sold for CLP2,200 each, according to local business newspaper Diario Financiero. The family was Falabella's third largest shareholder at the end of the first half of 2022 with 220 million shares that equated to an 8.8% stake, the newspaper said. Earlier this
