Construction firm Odinsa has formed a joint venture with Macquarie Asset Management to manage new and existing airport investments in Colombia and elsewhere in the region, according to a securities filing.
Macquarie, the world's biggest infrastructure asset manager, will contribute COP688 billion ($152 million) to the 50-50 venture, which will initially manage COP1.4 trillion of airport assets, the filing said.
