Grupo Gilinski will lose two seats on the board of Colombian financial services firm Sura due to concerns about a potential conflict of interest following a public offer for shares in Nutresa, where both companies own large stakes, according to a press report. Gabriel Gilinski, the son of Jaime Gilinski, the billionaire owner of GNB Sudameris, will give up his seat on Sura's board, Valora Analitik reported. José Luis Suárez, another Grupo Gilinski representative, will also leave the Sura board.
