Compañía Minera Raura, a mining company owned by Peruvian conglomerate Grupo Breca, has refinanced debt with a new $126 million loan from six banks, according to one of the legal advisers. Santander was the lead arranger and bookrunner on the loan, joined by JPMorgan, Banco Bci, Citi, ICBC and Interbank, law firm Clifford Chance said in a press release on Monday.
