Argentine wind farm operator Luz de Tres Picos said Friday that it plans to raise up to $80 million in the local market, returning with a new series of green bonds after printing $77.5 million in such notes five months ago. The company, a unit of the Argentine energy and cement company Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia (PCR), said it will offer at least $30 million in two-year notes at auction on Monday, increasing the issue up to the maximum based on demand, according to a securities filing.
