Brazilian shopping mall operator said Wednesday that it raised BRL720 million ($139 million) in a follow-on offering on the B3 stock exchange in São Paulo.
The company issued 36.4 million units that contained one common share and two preferred shares for BRL19.74 each in the offering. Each common share priced at BRL2.82 and each preferred share sold for BRL8.46, Iguatemi said in a securities filing.
