Edenor, the largest electricity distribution company in Argentina, said Wednesday that it maxed out the sale of $30 million in 26-month, US dollar-denominated bonds in the local market.
The company had set out to raise at least $16 million, but it increased that amount as demand came in slightly higher than the maximum of the offer, according to a securities filing.
The bullet bonds were sold at a price to pay 9.75%, Edenor said.
The company said it will use the proceeds from the sale to finance
