The Barranquilla city government has taken out a new loan for $100 million from Deutsche Bank to refinance debt from infrastructure projects, its legal adviser said in a press release on Wednesday.
The city previously borrowed $100 million from Deutsche Bank in September last year to finance projects in the "Soy Barranquilla" development plan, according to UK law firm Clifford Chance. The law firm also advised Barranquilla on the original loan.
Soy Barranquilla runs from 2020 to 2023 and focuses
