Peruvian microfinance firm Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito Arequipa said it received regulatory approval to borrow up to $50 million from the International Corporate Finance (IFC), the private sector division of the World Bank, according to a securities filing.
Caja Arequipa could take out up to $30 million in Peruvian soles in one tranche and as much as $20 million in a second, both with tenors of eight years, it said in the filing on Monday.
