Brazilian restaurant operator International Meal Company (IMC) could reduce debt by almost a third with the proceeds from the sale of its remaining assets in Panama, CFO Rafael Bossolani told LatinFinance.
IMC announced on Monday that it agreed to sell its food and beverage concessions at the Tocumen International Airport in Panama City for $40 million to Ltd Inflight Holdings Cayman, a division of Barbados-based Goddard Enterprises.
