Argentina’s state-backed energy company YPF expects to be able to raise low-cost financing to expand its renewable electricity capacity, while also using the cash flow from its growing exports of oil and natural gas to fund projects for the energy transition to net-zero carbon emissions, chairman Pablo González said on Thursday.
