Bank of America has recruited Matias Eliaschev to be its new head for financial institutions in Latin America, excluding Brazil, according to a media report. Eliaschev will report to Augusto Urmeneta, the bank's head of corporate banking and global investment for the region, Bloomberg reported, citing an internal memorandum that it said was confirmed by a spokesperson.
