Peru lines up another IBRD loan

Peru's finance ministry approved an agreement to borrow $500 million from the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), which is part of the World Bank group, according to the government's official bulletin. The loan will be repaid between June 2027 and June 2036 with payments of 5.3% every six months, based based on the SOFR rate plus a spread determined by the bank.
